This policy explains what information Vi3W collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
In short: we collect what we need to run Vi3W. Your prompts and uploads are sent to AI infrastructure only to generate what you asked for. We do not use your content to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit consent. We do not store your card details. You can delete your account from the app at any time.

1.Who we are and what this covers#
Vi3W is operated by Vi3W, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy (under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the “Data Fiduciary”; under laws such as the GDPR, the “controller”).
This policy covers our website (https://vi3w.in), our web application (https://app.vi3w.in) and related services (together, the “Service”). Words defined in our Terms of Service have the same meaning here.
2.What information we collect#
We collect four kinds of information, and treat each differently:
- Account information: who you are, such as your name and email address.
- Usage and analytics data: technical and activity information about how you use the Service.
- User content: your prompts, uploaded images and files, generated 3D models and projects.
- Payment information: details of your subscription and transactions. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not by us.
The next sections describe each in turn.
3.Information you provide#
When you create an account or contact us, you give us:
- your name and email address;
- the profile information shared by the sign-in provider you use (currently Google), such as your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password;
- your account settings and preferences; and
- anything you send us when you contact support or give feedback.
4.Automatically collected technical information#
When you use the Service, we and our providers automatically collect:
- your IP address;
- device and browser information, such as browser type, operating system and screen size;
- approximate location (such as country or city), where it can be inferred from your IP address;
- the pages you visit and how you arrived at them; and
- technical logs, error reports and performance information.
We do not collect precise GPS location.
5.Product usage and event information#
We record events about how you use the Service, such as signing in, starting a generation, opening or exporting a project, changing plans, and errors you run into. This helps us understand which features work, find bugs, and improve Vi3W. These events are linked to your account or to a device identifier.
6.Prompts and uploaded content#
When you generate a model, we receive the text prompts you write and the images, sketches or files you upload. We store them with your account so you can see and reuse them, and we send them to our AI infrastructure provider to perform the generation you asked for (see section 10).
Please do not upload sensitive personal data, or images of other people, unless you have the right to do so. You keep ownership of your uploads; see the Content & Intellectual Property Policy.
7.Generated models and projects#
We store the 3D models you generate and the projects you create, so you can come back to them, edit them and download them. Generated models may be stored in compressed form for as long as your account and the relevant project exist.
8.Payment and subscription information#
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered with and handled by Razorpay. We do not intentionally receive or store your full card number.
We do receive and keep information about your subscription and payments, such as your plan, billing dates, amounts, payment status, transaction and subscription identifiers from Razorpay, and, where Razorpay provides it, limited details such as the payment method type. We need this to run your subscription, issue credits, handle refunds and meet tax and accounting obligations.
10.The providers we use#
We use the following third-party providers to run Vi3W. Each receives only the information it needs to do its job for us, and processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.
Firebase (Google)
Authentication, database and file storage. Firebase stores your account information and your User Content, and handles sign-in. Firebase privacy information
Replicate
AI model processing. When you start a generation, we send the relevant prompts, images or files to Replicate so that the AI model can produce your result, and receive the output back. Replicate processes this data under its own terms and policies, which describe how long it keeps inputs and outputs. Replicate privacy policy
Tripo
AI 3D model generation. For some 3D models, we send the relevant images to Tripo so it can produce the 3D result, and receive the output back. Tripo processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy. Tripo website
Vercel
Hosting. Our website and web app, and the server functions that handle your requests, run on Vercel, which processes technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to serve and secure them. We also use Vercel Web Analytics in the app to measure page views and performance without cookies. Vercel privacy policy
PostHog
Product analytics, where enabled. PostHog receives usage events and technical information about how the Service is used. PostHog privacy policy
Mixpanel

Google Analytics
Website analytics on https://vi3w.in. Google Analytics receives information about visits to our website, such as pages viewed, referrer, and device and browser details. Google privacy policy
Razorpay
Payments and subscriptions. Razorpay receives the payment details you enter at checkout, and information from us needed to create and manage your subscription, such as your name, email address and plan. Razorpay privacy policy
11.Why we use your information#
Providing the Service
To create and run your account, store your projects and models, let you download them, and deliver the features of your plan.
Authentication
To sign you in, keep your session active and protect your account.
AI generation
To process your prompts and uploads, and send them to our AI infrastructure provider, so we can generate the models you ask for.
Analytics and product improvement
To understand how Vi3W is used, measure performance, fix bugs, and decide what to build next. This uses usage and technical data. It does not mean training general-purpose AI models on your content (see section 12).
Security and fraud prevention
To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, attacks, and misuse of free credits, and to enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
Customer support
To answer your questions and help you when something goes wrong.
Billing
To process payments, manage subscriptions, issue credits and handle refunds.
Legal compliance
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, respond to lawful requests from authorities, and establish or defend legal claims.
Communications
To send you service messages, such as receipts, security notices and important changes to our terms. We will only send marketing emails where the law allows or you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent; the need to perform our contract with you; our legal obligations; and our legitimate interests (such as keeping the Service secure and improving it) or the “legitimate uses” permitted under Indian law. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

13.Who at Vi3W can see your content#
Your content is private to your account by default. Authorised Vi3W staff may access your account information or User Content only when reasonably necessary to provide support you ask for, keep the Service secure, investigate abuse, fix bugs, maintain and operate the Service, or comply with the law. Access is limited to what the task requires.
15.How long we keep information#
We generally keep your account information and User Content for as long as your account exists. Generated models may be stored in compressed form while your account and the relevant project exist.
We keep some information for longer where we need to for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution reasons. Payment and invoice records, for example, may have to be kept for the period required by tax law.
Analytics data is kept by our analytics providers in line with the retention settings of those services.
16.Deleting your account#
You can delete your account at any time in the app at https://app.vi3w.in: open the account menu (your profile, top right) and choose Delete account. When you do, we delete your account information, prompts, uploads, generated models and projects from our active systems, and ask our providers to do the same where applicable.
If you cannot access your account, email aman2002porwal@gmail.com and we will help after confirming that the request comes from you.
17.Limits on deletion#
Deletion is not always instant or complete, because:
- copies may remain in backups for a limited time until they are overwritten;
- we may keep information we are legally required to keep, such as payment records, or that we need to prevent fraud, resolve disputes or enforce our Terms;
- data already sent to a third-party provider is deleted according to that provider’s own retention practices; and
- analytics data may be kept in aggregated or de-identified form that no longer identifies you.
Models you have already downloaded, or shared outside Vi3W, are not affected by deletion.
18.International data transfers#
We are based in India, and some of our providers store or process data in other countries, including the United States. When your information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it is protected as this policy describes and as the law requires, such as relying on our providers’ contractual commitments. Transfers will only be made to countries not restricted under Indian law.
19.Your rights#
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you, and get a summary of how we use it;
- correct, complete or update inaccurate information;
- delete your personal data;
- withdraw consent you have given, at any time;
- object to or restrict certain processing, and receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated; and
- raise a grievance with us and, if not resolved, complain to the relevant authority, such as the Data Protection Board of India or your local data protection authority.
You can update much of your information, and delete your account, directly in the app. For anything else, email aman2002porwal@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We will not treat you unfairly for exercising your rights.
20.Children's privacy#
Vi3W is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Users aged 13 to 17 may use Vi3W only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Where the law requires it, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we will seek verifiable consent from the parent or guardian before processing a minor’s personal data. We do not use minors’ data for tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising.
If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, or that a minor is using Vi3W without parental consent, contact us at aman2002porwal@gmail.com and we will delete the data.
21.Security#
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and the security features of our infrastructure providers.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law. To report a security issue, email aman2002porwal@gmail.com.
22.Changes to this policy#
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If a change is material, we will tell you in advance by email or in the Service, and ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
