What does XP buy?
A sketch-to-3D model takes two steps: an image, then a 3D model. Pick faster or higher-quality models for either step and the cost changes with them.

Questions
What is XP?
XP is what you spend to generate in Vi3W. Every model and step has a fixed XP cost, and the studio shows it before you run anything. One sketch-to-3D model with the default models (a Nano Banana image, then Trellis) costs about 30 XP.
Does unused XP roll over?
No. Plan XP resets at the start of each monthly cycle, and yearly plans receive their XP every month. Top-up XP never expires.
What happens if a generation fails?
XP is held when a generation starts and only charged when it succeeds. If it fails, the XP goes back to your balance automatically.
What if I cancel a generation?
Your first 3 cancels each day are fully refunded. After that, 25% of the XP is kept, because the compute has already been used.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to Free. Top-up XP stays on your account.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades apply straight away, and you pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Which currency will I pay in?
INR if you are in India, and USD everywhere else. This page shows the prices for where you are.
How can I pay?
Payments go through Razorpay: UPI, debit and credit cards, and netbanking in India, and international cards everywhere else.
Do I own what I make?
You keep ownership of what you upload, and you can download, edit, share, sell and use the 3D models you generate, including commercially. See the Content & IP policy.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. See the Refund & Cancellation policy.
