Acceptable Use Policy

Vi3W is a creative tool, and we want everyone to be able to use it safely. This policy lists what is not allowed. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and applies to everything you upload, generate, download or share using Vi3W.

1.Illegal and harmful activity#

Do not use Vi3W for, or to generate content intended to help with:

  • any activity that is illegal where you are, or in India;
  • fraud, scams, phishing or impersonating any person or organisation;
  • illegal weapons, or components designed to make an item illegal, dangerous or untraceable;
  • the facilitation of any other illegal activity.

2.Other people's rights#

Do not:

  • infringe anyone’s copyright, for example by uploading images or models you do not have rights to;
  • infringe trademarks, for example by generating counterfeit branded products;
  • upload content you do not have permission to use and have processed by Vi3W; or
  • violate anyone’s privacy, for example by uploading images of identifiable people without a lawful basis, or sharing others’ personal data.

3.Abusive and dangerous content#

Do not upload, generate or share content that:

  • sexually exploits or abuses children, including any child sexual abuse material. We report such content to the relevant authorities;
  • sexually exploits anyone, or depicts anyone sexually without their consent;
  • harasses, bullies, threatens or abuses anyone;
  • promotes terrorism or violent extremism; or
  • incites violence or hatred against people based on who they are.

4.Platform security and integrity#

Do not:

  • upload malware, viruses or any other harmful code;
  • attempt to bypass, probe or test our security or authentication without our written permission;
  • attack, overload or disrupt our infrastructure, for example through denial-of-service attacks;
  • steal or attempt to obtain other users’ credentials or access their accounts;
  • scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Service by automated means, except as we permit; or
  • automate or abuse our APIs or interfaces, including by exceeding rate limits or using them in ways they were not intended for.

5.Credits, plans and free usage#

Do not:

  • get around credit, subscription or usage limits;
  • create multiple accounts to collect extra free credits or avoid limits;
  • share, sell or transfer accounts or credits; or
  • use stolen payment methods, or abuse refunds or chargebacks.

6.What happens if you break this policy#

If we reasonably believe you have broken this policy, we may, depending on how serious it is:

  • remove or restrict the content concerned;
  • limit features or remove credits obtained through abuse;
  • temporarily suspend your account; or
  • permanently close your account.

Where required by law, or where it is necessary to protect others, we may also report activity to law enforcement. Refunds after enforcement are covered in the Terms of Service. If you think we got it wrong, contact aman2002porwal@gmail.com.
